Reports are sent by Russian Post by registered mail with a simple return receipt to the address specified when placing the order.

Original reports can be picked up in person on weekdays (Monday through Friday) from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the following address:
Russian State Library, 3/5 Vozdvizhenka St., Entrance 2, Moscow (ext. tel.: 17-06).

After confirming the order, you will be redirected to the secure payment page of Uniteller, where you will need to enter the details for payment of the order. After successful payment, an electronic receipt with information about the order and payment details will be sent to the email address indicated on the payment form.

Uniteller's processing security is certified by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard PCI DSS. The service's reliability is ensured by an intelligent fraud monitoring system and the use of 3D Secure, a modern online payment security technology.

Your card details are entered on a dedicated secure payment page. Information is transferred to Uniteller using TLS encryption technology. Further information is transferred through closed banking channels with the highest level of security.

If your card supports 3D Secure technology, you will need to undergo additional user verification with the issuing bank (the bank that issued your card) to complete the payment. To do this, you will be redirected to the website of the bank that issued the card. The verification method varies by bank. Typically, this involves an additional password sent via SMS, a variable code card, or other methods.
